Houston Intercontinental IAH Comments

  • Lost items

I have experienced items removed from from bags that has been checked in at IAH a couple of times. Found out when arriving in Eroupe on various destinations. Lately a collague experienced items missing upon arrival in Europe.

  • First Time Flyer

This is my first time flying... My flight is on the 21st..in less than 3 days... I know that i can have a carry on bag & that i have to check any other bags. How big can my carry on be?

  • Lockers

Does HIA have lockers so as we can leave our luggage for certain a period of time? If the answer is yes, how much does it cost (per day, per luggage, per sizing)?

  • ruined luggage

I arrived at IAH from New York LGA on Sunday June 14th and my luggage had the zipper pulls and sliders removed along with the little luggage lock. The luggage is ruined. Isn't security supposed to leave a message inside if they have broken into your luggage? I read that it was ok to use locks again. Is this not the case?
