Main Terminal / Concourses at John Wayne SNA Airport
John Wayne Orange County Airport has a main terminal called 'T.F. Riley Terminal', housing 'Terminals' TA, TB & TC).
Both TA & TB have been renovated to match the new TC. The south side of TB is being expanded for six more airbridges. Security-screened passengers can move between the terminals, and all terminals have their own concessions.
The Thomas F. Riley passenger terminal has two levels:
Departures is on the upper level, housing the airline ticket counters, separate security screening for A, B C gates, services & amenities, and Access to 'Terminals' A, B & C gates;
Arrivals is on the lower level, housing U.S. Customs , Baggage Claim offices, & the Ground Transportation Center near the bronze statue of John Wayne.
Terminal A presently serves Alaska, American, Delta, & WestJet. It houses The Admirals Club (use elevator across gate 8) and United Club (use elevator across gate 9). TA has gates 1A, 1B & 1C, and gates 2 to 8.
Terminal B presently serves United, US Airways. Interjet airlines uses Terminal B for ticketing only. TB has gates 9 - 14.
Terminal C serves AirTran, Frontier, & Southwest. Interjet uses Terminal C for baggage claim only. TC has gates 15 - 21 and 22A, B, & C.
Present services and amenities in TA & TB: Aside from food & drink, and retail concessions, the terminals offer free Wi-Fi internet access, news stands, family restrooms, ATMs and electrical power outlets at all gates. New shops are being added in the coming months. Rental car desks are located across from the John Wayne statute in the center of the lower Arrivals level. The Ground Transportation Center is across from the Main Terminal. Electrical outlets are availaable in Terminals A & B, between the backs of the passneger seating rows, while workstations are in Terminal C gate areas.
NOTE:Due to ongoing construction - it is advisable that you arrive at the Airport 90 minutes prior to domestic, and 2 hours prior to international departures.
