For those appreciating the arts, there are plenty of permanent & seasonal exhibits by local & regional artists throughout the terminal complex.
Paging a Passenger: Visual pages can be displayed on all flight information monitors upon request by calling Customer Relations at (949) 252-5200 or by dialing 0 at a White Courtesy Phone.
An automated Global Entry kiosk is available to international arrivals, allowing for expedited CBP (US Customs & Border Protection) clearance.
TSA Pre-dedicated lanes at Terminals A & B: Eligible passengers traveling on Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines & US Airways may receive expedited screening benefits. TSA Pre operates dedicated lanes in Terminal B Mon-Sat 5 - 7am & Sun 6 - 8am; and in Terminal A daily from 5am-9pm.
The Thomas F. Riley passenger terminal has two levels, 20 commercial gates (2-22) and 6 commuter gates (1A, 1B, 1C & 22A, 22B, 22C) - arranged north to south:
The Departures level is on the upper level, housing the airline ticket counters, separate security screening for C gates 15-21, B gates 9-14, and A gates 1-8, and access to the airline gates. Shopping & dining is mostly available within the secured area. Free work stations are available in the gate areas.
The Arrivals level is on the lower level, housing U.S. Customs, Baggage carousels ( numbers 1 & 2 for TA, 3 & 4 for TB, and 5, 6, 7 for TC), Baggage Claim offices and the Ground Transportation Center near the bronze statue of John Wayne. Outside of the Arrivals level are the shuttle buses to parking, hotel, off-site rental cars, & door-to-door' taxi stand, Disneyland Resort Express & rental car return. To the right is Parking B2; to the left parking A2.
Terminal A with gates 1 - 8 (gates 1A,1B,1C are commuter gates) presently serves Alaska, American, Delta & WestJet. Electrical outlets can be found between the backs of the passenger seating rows.
Terminal B with gates 9 - 15 presently serves United Airlines only. Electrical outlets can be found beween the backs of the passenger seating rows.
Terminal C with gates 15 - 22 (gates 22A,22B,22C are commuter gates) presently serves Frontier & Southwest.
Airline & USO Lounges:
- American: Admirals Club located on mezzanine level, accesible by elevator across from gate 8 - also offers business services.
- United: United Club located on mezzanine level, accessible by elevator across from gate 9 - also offers business services.
- New Bob Hope USO lounge at Terminal B, Arrivals level (next to baggage claim area) opened Nov. 2014 with free Wi-Fi, travel asisance, a stocked canteen & movies - to be used by members of the military & their guests.
NOTE: Up to Spring 2018 Both Terminals A & B are undergoing upgrade work. Work which is neither noisy or dusty will proceed at night, while all other work takes place in enclosed areas during the day. The upgrade work includes: painted ceilings & walls, ADA upgrades, lighting renovation; improved signage and wayfinding, restroom refurbishment; HVAC rehab, fire & safety upgrades, carpet replacement, seismic retrofit, new emergency/ courtesy telephones; and new rental car counter.
