Items Lost in Other Areas
If you've lost an item in the public areas of the terminal, the Customer Service Department at the New Orleans Louis Armstrong Airport can assist you. They retain items that have been lost in these areas, with the exception of the concourse checkpoints operated by the TSA.

The Customer Service Office is located on Level 1 Baggage Claim near Door 6 (door to Short Term Parking Garage).
