Business Services at Minneapolis-St Paul MSP Airport 1. Service Centers (a) At Lindbergh Terminal: Private work stations with telephones and data ports. Federal Express service, postage machines and ATMs are also at these sites. Location: Concourses A through F. Open 7/24. (b) At Humphrey Terminal: The self-serve business service center is on Level 2, across from gate H3. It has desks, phones, data ports, phone cards and cell phone chargers.

All necessary amenities are provided here, from communication equipment to catered meals. Location: Lindbergh Terminal, Mezzanine level, above Chili’s Too restaurant and near the entrance to Concourse F.
Directions to the Conference Center: Visitors arriving from outside the Lindbergh Terminal, including those coming from the Humphrey Terminal, need to obtain a pass from the Information Booth on the Tram level and then go through a security checkpoint on the ticketing level of the Lindbergh Terminal. (Meeting planners should speak with a customer service associate about how to obtain a pass for their attendees.) All persons requiring a security pass will need to provide full name, with middle name and birth date, at least 24 hours in advance and present a government-issued photo identification to pick up the pass.
After passing security, look for the Chili’s Too restaurant to the left near the elevators and stairs. Go up to the Mezzanine level and then through the double-glass doors to the right. The customer service desk is right inside the lobby. Persons attending meetings who are already inside security at the Lindbergh Terminal do not need to obtain a pass. Simply go to the entrance to Concourse F where the elevators/stairs are located and follow the same directions as above.
For those arriving at the Humphrey Terminal: Passengers arriving at the Humphrey Terminal will need to take the shuttle bus to the Lindbergh Terminal and then follow the same directions for visitors arriving from outside the Lindbergh Terminal.

MSP Airport Conference Center hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and weekends as requested in advance. An additional fee of one hour will be charged for any reservation or service that requires staff presence before 7 am. or after 5 p.m. weekdays or anytime on weekends/holidays.
