Emergency / Medical Services at Rome Leonardo da Vinci FCO Airport

First Aid Aeroporti di Roma is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It provides medical and health care services for emergencies and for general needs to passengers and airport staff. It is equipped with a centralized computer system running 24 hours a day connected to seven stations strategically placed throughout the airport. Telephone +39 0665953133 – 3334. The pharmacies are located in T1 (check-in area) and in T3 (Departures level, in the Shopping Area).
Two additional pharmacies are located in the airside zone – beyond the security checkpoint - in T5 and just before Boarding Area D in Terminal 3. Beyond the security checkpoint there are also two health-food shops.

Passengers in need of special help need to follow these steps:
1. Assistance can be found at Request Assistance Points of terminal 1-2-3-5,Multilevel E car park building and Fiumicino Aeroporto railway station.
2. Tactile maps are available at elevators and entrances of terminal 1 and 3.
3. Special Assistance Rooms are available in terminal 1-3-5 and Satellite.
4. Restrooms are suitable for all passengers.
5. Elevators are wheelchair-accessible.
