Airport Guest Services, Airport Information and Travelers Assistance Information Booths and Boards
Staffed information booths are in the lobbies of Terminals A and B1 of the Airport. Trained volunteers are on hand, daily 8am-8pm, to answer questions and offer information about the airport and local tourist attractions.
Brochures available at the booths includes the Sacramento Convention and Visitors Bureau ‘Visitors Guide, brochures for various attractions throughout the region, and a variety of airport publications. Volunteers will answer questions about International’s facilities and services, provide directions to visitors from out of town, and contact the Sheriff’s Department in the event of an emergency.
The Terminal A booth is located in the central lobby area adjacent to the elevators and the booth in Terminal B1 is located across from the ticket counters near the baggage carousels.
Information boards are located in each terminal and feature phones to obtain information about local attractions, accommodation, and transportation. Information phones in Terminal B2 will connect callers with questions to the Terminal A booth.

Lost & Found at Sacramento SMF Airport
Report lost luggage directly to you airline. To report a lost item or to turn in a found item, call 4-0701 from any white courtesy phone located in the terminal. Outside the Airport call (916) 874-0701.
Pets / Animals at Sacramento SMF Airport
Animals are not permitted in the terminal at the Airport unless they are being used to assist disabled individuals, or are in proper pet carriers. Contact your airline as to their requirements.
Smoking at Sacramento SMF Airport
Smoking is not allowed inside or within 20 feet of any Sacramento County building.
