- BPT Airport Overview
The Southeast Texas Regional Airport BPT is close to the City of Beaumont, off Highways 69, 287 and 96 (Jerry Ware Drive exit) and close to Interstate 10--half-way between Houston and Baton Rouge, Texas. Also called SITRA Airport, it serves a regional population base of 500,000, with more than 30 million people within a 500-mile radius. About 100,000 passengers use Beaumont airport's 20,00 square-foot executive terminal annually. With two runways, the Airport is served by Continental Express offering an average of 20 non-stop flights a day to major Texas airline hubs with worldwide connections. Charter flights are also available.
