Free Airport Shuttle Buses:

(a) Every 15 mins between South Terminal & Rental Car facility; 
(b) on demand from North Terminal (use the wall-mounted phone adjacent to curbside at southeast end exit door); a dedicated telephone line connects directly with shuttle dispatch.
(c) Shuttle services to/from 'Park, Ride & Fly' lot, used for extended stay) will be provided on demand by calling Republic Parking at 907-677-1074.

Visitor Information Center
- open daily in both the South (Domestic) and North (International) terminals of the Airport - are staffed with helpful volunteers organized by 'Visit Anchorage' (for more information, visit: anchorage.net).  
(a) The South Terminal visitor information center (tel. 907-266-2437) is located on the baggage claim level, at C Concourse, located behind the escalators  - open  daily 9am-4pm .
A kiosk, staffed during busy hours,  is on the same level, at A Concourse, across from carousel 4.
(b) The North Terminal has two visitor information center (tel. 907-266-2657) is located in the terminal's lobby and is staffed during scheduled flight arrivals.

Sleep / Rest Center ( tel. 907-243-3443)
The Right Touch Massage & Rest Center is located behind security in Concourse C of the South Terminal; open noon to 2:30am - Sep. 16th - May 14th;  and 10a.m.-2:30am - May 15. - Sep. 15th.
Rooms may be rented past 2:30am if needed. Single , Double & Family sleep rooms are available.  Double Sleeping Room (recliner love seat that accommodates 2 people or mother and child).  Family Rooms (8 foot recliner accommodate up to 3 adults)  The single and double sleeping rooms also have DSL ports in them. All rooms have alarm clocks.
The center also offers a full-body aqua massage, computers with internet access, cable TV.

Baggage and Freezer Storage Service is available from:
(a) Huntleigh USA (tel. 907-248-0373 at the South Terminal, level 1, next to baggage carousel 4. 
(b) Alaska Luggage & Seafood Shipping Services (tel. 644-8256) - located on level 2, across from the TSA checkpoint.
Presentation of boarding pass for both companies is required.

Alaska Native Art Displays are located in (a) the Mezzanine of the C Concourse, above passeger exit lane; and (b) in 'Northern Lights Corridor', which connects the terminal with railroad & rental car facilities.

USO / Military Lounge:
The Atwood Military Lounge (tel. 907-248-2535; e-mail asymcalounge@yahoo.com) is in the South Terminal's level 1, bind the escalatros.

International Travelers at Ted Stevens Anchorage ANC Airport

All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance .  If they continue their journey  they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.  For Terminal and /or Concourse connections, please refer to 'Terminal Map' page.

NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and  check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.

Lost & Found at Ted Stevens Anchorage ANC Airport

The Lost & Found Office at ANC Airport is open 9am-12pm, Mon/ Wed/ Fri only (tel. 907 266-2623 /fax 2470.

If you lost an item onboard of your airplane, contact the airline's lost & found department..
If you lost an item inside the terminals, parking places or shuttler bus, call the Airport's Lost &  Found office.

Pets / Animals at Ted Stevens Anchorage ANC Airport

Pet relief areas at both terminals of ANC Airport are adjacent to baggage claim doors, with  directional signs located at curbside.

Pets need to be in a kennel or on a leash inside the terminals.

Smoking at Ted Stevens Anchorage ANC Airport

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the terminals of ANC Airport, except in designated smoking areas on the commercial curb of the South Terminal and North Terminal.

Travelers Assistance at Ted Stevens Anchorage ANC Airport

Visitor information is available seven days a week in both the South (Domestic) and North (International) terminals of the Airport.

The South (Domestic) terminal visitor information center is located in the lower (Arrivals) level of the terminal. It is staffed from 9AM to 4PM, seven days a week. The phone number is (907) 266-2437.

The North (international) terminal visitor information center is located in the lobby of the terminal. It is staffed from 9AM to 4PM, seven days a week during scheduled flight arrivals. The phone number is (907) 266-2657.

There is a visitor information center located in the Transit lounge of the North (International) terminal has visitor information for international transit passengers. The phone number is (907) 248-0162.
