Emergency / Medical Services at Wellington WLG Airport
The Airport Fire Service staff who are trained in advanced first aid, attend to all medical emergencies. First aid kits are held by each airline and Wellington Airport.
If first aid assistance is required, the airline staff or an ASO should be notified by calling Operations at 04 385 5124, or by using one of the Customer Assistance Phones on level 1 or level 0 which will connect with the Airport Fire Service who will respond immediately. If required, ambulance support will also be called.

People With Special Needs / Persons With Disabilities at Wellington WLG Airport
Designated car parking spaces are located in the main car park, in the areas closest to the terminal on both levels.
Inside the terminal , elevators take you to all levels--ground, first and mezzanine. The covered car park building has also a lift with braille numbers. Persons with impaired sight, boarding calls are made in the passenger departure lounges only.
Accessible bathroom facilities are located in the main terminal and in the passenger lounges. In addition, the Parents Room has a toilet suitable for disabled people who need to be accompanied by a helper of the opposite sex. The parents room is located in the main retail area of the terminal, near Oceanic Arts.
