Abilene Regional Airport ABI is located close to the city of Abilene in west-central Texas, and is about 180 miles west of Dallas/Fort Worth. At present, air service is available from American Eagle (1-800-433-7300), Aero Charter Services (325-677-2601) and Casino Express Charters (1-800-258-8800) provides gambling charters to Elko, Nevada. The passenger terminal offers short security lines, elevator/escalator access, free luggage carts, a restaurant and gift shop, free internet access and a stress-free environment. Ticket counters are open from 4:30 am to the last flight. Curbside loading/unloading is permitted, as long as the vehicle is attended to. Unattanded vehicles will be towed. Parking is available in the close-by parking lot; the first half hour is free.
