The ground and first floors of the terminal building, car parks and pavements are fully accessible and wheel chair friendly. The information desk service area includes wheel chair friendly access points. Check-in and information desk areas are fitted with induction loop systems.
Ambi-lift
Accessible to and from aircraft, for passengers with impaired mobility, is by a covered, automated ‘ambi-lift’.
Disability Parking
Spaces are available at the closest point to the terminal building within the Short Stay Car Park. You can call for assistance using a telephone located nearby within the car park. Disabled drivers may park in this short-term park at discounted rates, paying at the information desk within the terminal building.

Lift The first floor of the terminal building is fully accessible by wheel chair friendly lifts located in the main concourse of the terminal, and the departures lounge. Toilets Toilets for disabled customers are available on both the ground floor and first floors of the terminal. Sign Language Many employees are trained to a basic level in the use of sign language. Textphones A textphone for those with hearing difficulties is available at the information desk. A BT text payphone for sending emails is also available at the main exit door from the terminal.
