Capital Region Airport has one passenger terminal, with two levels for passengers (administrative offices are on level 3 and the control tower is on level 4):
The ground level has airline ticketing desks with baggage check, a baggage claim area, rental car desks, travel agency, restaurant, Federal Inspection Station, and access after security check to airline gates 1 to 4.
The upper level has a business center, food service and access to airline gates 5 to 9.
