Present and future Airport developments:  Cheyenne Airport's big plans for a new terminal building have currently been grounded due to a $4M budget shortfall from rising construction costs.  Federal funding was restricted to $1M grants as passenger count for 2014 dropped below the 10K mark.
To continue the project the Airport Board wants to raise more money, but may have to scale back their project. It hopes to finalize plans within the year (2015/6)
