FAY Airport Overview
Fayetteville Regional Airport FAY is situated in Fayetteville, North Carolina, the 'City of Dogwoods', and serves a 12-county area in the Sandhills of the southtern part of North Carolina, along the I-95 corridor. The Airport is served by US Airways Express--with daily service to its Charlotte NC hub, and by ASA, the Delta Connection--with daily service to its Atlanta hub; both Airlines offer connections around the world.
The passenger terminal offers Smarte Carte, ATM machine, wireless internet access, food and vending, video games and shoeshine service. Parking is available at the short-term (30 minutes free) and long-term lots. To get from the Airport to your destination, you can either rent a car from one of the five on-airport rental car agencies or take a taxi--a taxi cab booth is in the baggage claim area of the terminal.
Directions: coming from Interstate 95, North or South, take Exit 44 via Snowhill Rd., travel west and follow the airport trailblazing signs for approximately 3 miles to Airport Rd. Turn right within 1000 feet; you will be on the airport's terminal access road, which circles the airport parking facilities.
