Greater Moncton (YQM) Airport

Greater Moncton YQM Airport Overview

Greater Moncton International Airport YQM, located a few miles east of Moncton, in the southeastern province of New Brunswick, Canada, and off CA Hwy 2, is simply known as "GMIA". The Airport has a vibrant passenger market, serving more consumers within a 2.5-hour drive than any other airport in Atlantic Canada. Many airlines serve the airport with direct flights to Canada's commercial centers, offering connections around the world. Among them are major airlines, as well as seasonal commercial and charter airlines.

Due to its tremendous passenger growth, a new state-of-the-art terminal building was constructed. The design of the building was inspired by the beauty of the New Brunswick region and its Hopewell Cape Rocks, as well as its citizens, known for their warmth and hospitality. The 85,000 sq.ft. terminal includes 22 check-in counters, a passenger lounge, retail shopping, food service outlet and customs and immigration facilities.
