Main Terminal / Concourses at Indianapolis IND Airport
The passenger terminal at Indianapolis Airport has three levels:
(a) the Arrivals level has six baggage carousels, airline offices for baggage service, an ATM machine, Customs inspection and elevators & escalators to the Departure level.
(b) the Depatures level has ticketing desks, USO, chapel, Information desk, Civic Plaza with concessions, and an ATM machine, leading to security screening A & B on each side of the Civic Plaza, and thereafter to Concourses A & B. Elevators & escalators take you to the Pedestrian Bridge level.
Concourse A of the passenger terminal has a security checkpoint for international arrivals at Gate A5. Concourse A has gates A3 to A24, with two ATM machines at gates A10 & A16.
Concourse B of the passenger terminal has gates B3 to B25, and an ATM machine at gate B15.
(b) the Pedestrian Bridge level, accessed by elevators & escalators from the Departures Level, leads to ground transportation and parking garage.
