Indianapolis IND Airport Terminal Map

Main Terminal / Concourses at Indianapolis IND Airport

The passenger terminal at Indianapolis International - also referred to as 'Midfield Terminal' - with Concourses A & B and three levels - features soaring architecture and abundant natural light. Passengers with tickets can easily move between the concourses without the need of re-screening, and moving walkways connect the passenger terminal to the attached parking garage. The Terminal consists of three levels:
The Arrivals Level houses the baggage claim and FIS/US Customs for International Arrivals, with airline baggage and airline baggage offices. The USO lounge is on the east wall near baggage carousel 3
The Pedestrian Bridge Level leads to ground transportation & parking garage.
The Departures Level houses ticketing counters with access in the center to the Civic Plaza which has on either side of it separate security checkpoints for Concourse B (left) and Concourse A (right).  Spacious security checkpoints located to the left & right of Civic Plaza, offer the most advanced screening technologies with designated lanes for frequent flyers, casual travelers, families with small children, and those with special needs. After passing security check, passengers can proceed to either Concourses A or B.
Note that the expedited security lanes for IND registered travelers holding and iQueue Priority Pass are available; on-line or on-site registrations (at CivicPlaza 6am-6pm) are accepted.
Concourse A has gates A3-A25, currently used by Air Canada, Delta, & United and houses the Delta Sky Club (visit: delta.com/skyclub).
Concourse B has gates B3-25, currently used by  AirTran, American, Frontier, Southwest, U.S. Airways.
Both Concouses A & B have moving walkways.
To connect between Concourses A & B, use the concourse connecting hallway - no need to go through security check again.

International arrivals:  Passengers will arrive at either gates A4 or A5 and will be directed to FIS/ US Customs, part of the Arrivals Level.  There, they go through passport control, pick up bags, go through customs clearance and - if continuing flight -proceed to the Departures level, go through either the Concourse A or B security checkpoint and on to their connecting gate.
