The passenger terminal at Lihue Airport is accessed by a one-way loop roadway branching off Ahukini Road and encircling a public parking lot.  The terminal maintains a staffed visitor information desks, open 5:30am-9pm and located in the baggage claim areas and the terminal's center entrance. It also offers food & drink, as well as shopping facilities. The terminal is divided into two separate sections:

The right side of the terminal, with Lobby B, has ticketing & check-in counters for ATA/Pleasant Holiday, American, Suntrip & Hawaiian airlines, a baggage claim B area, baggage service for American and Hawaiian airlines, and after security check access to gates 3 to 6.
The left side of the terminal, with Lobby A, has ticketing & check-in counters for Alcha & United Airlines and Pahio Resort, a baggage claim A, a VIP office, baggage service for United Airline and after security check access to gates 7 to 10.
