Lost and Found at BOS Airport

The procedures for locating lost items may differ depending on whether the item was lost at a security checkpoint, on an aircraft, or elsewhere in the airport. Items Lost at Security Checkpoint
If you suspect that you've left an item at a security checkpoint, you should contact the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The TSA operates a Lost and Found department that handles items left behind at security checkpoints. To report a lost item, visit the TSA Lost & Found Website.
Items Lost on Aircraft/Lost Luggage
For items lost on an aircraft or missing luggage at baggage claim, you must contact the airline you traveled with. Each airline has its own procedures for handling lost items. Items Lost in Other Areas
If you lost an item in a public area of the airport, such as a restroom or the Rental Car Center, Boston Logan’s Lost and Found Program can help. Operated by Massport’s Aviation Customer Service Department, this free online service allows you to report lost items.
To report a lost item, fill out the form on the Lost and Found Claim page. Be as descriptive as possible when filing your claim and fill out all fields to the best of your ability.
The Lost and Found Office is located on the Arrivals level between Terminals C and E, next to the Security Badge Office. The office hours are as follows:
- Sunday: 5:30 AM–9:00 PM
- Monday: 5:30 AM–1:30 PM
- Tuesday: 5:30 AM–1:30 PM
- Wednesday: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Thursday: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Friday: 5:30 AM–9:00 PM
