The Eugene Airport Navigators are volunteers staffing the information booth to answer questions, give driving directions, and are knowledgeable about the Eugene area and can supply passengers with information, maps and tourist pamphlets.

The FedEx drop box is outside the front terminal entrance.

Wheelchairs are available at all airline ticket counters.

Restrooms are located in the terminal lobby across the car rental counters, in the A-gate area next to the gift shop, and in the B-Gate area just past the security checkpoint.

A TTY public pay phone is in the A-Gate area and in the lobby across from the car rental counters.

Heart defibrillators are placed in the terminal lobby next to the information booth, in the A-Gate area across from the gift shop, and in the B-Gate area adjacent to the security check-point.
