Main Terminal / Concourses at McGhee Tyson TYS Airport
McGhee Tyson Airport has one two-level passenger terminal: .
The lower level of the passenger terminal, which is the arrivals level, is accessed by the Lower Roadway, and has a covered walkway to the parking garage. On both sides of the entrance are stairways and escalators, as well as vending machines. In the center is an information desk , and beyond two baggage claim areas, police & First Aid stations.
The upper level of the passenger terminal, which is the departure level, is accessed by the Upper Roadway, and has the ticketing desks on each side of the security checkpoint, with access to the Concourse, which offers a food & retail store right after security, and in the gate areas. The concourse splits into two sections, to the left are gates 1 to 6; to the right are gates 7 to 12.
