Montego Bay Sangster MBJ Airport Overview

Montego Bay Sangster International Airport MBJ is a tourist mecca for Europeans and North Americans who flock to its beautiful beaches and scenic interior.

The Airport is located in the northwestern part of the Caribbean Island of Jamaica (about 550 miles south of Florida), at Montego Bay, and is within easy driving distance of the cruise ports at Montego Bay and Ochos Rios, as well as the popular town of Negril.

With one runway and an estimated 3.2 million passengers in 2012, Sangster Airport is host to regular, low-cost and charter airlines, offering direct and connecting flights to all points of the globe.
