Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport XNA, or simply XNA Airport, serves the nearby cities of Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale and Siloam Springs in the rapidly growing northwestern part of Arkansas.
The Airport is located in the town of Highfill, Arkansas, and is accessible via the Highway 71 bypass, on Highway 264, at the Lowell exit. From Bentonville take Highway 12. 
With a long runway and an estimated 1.1 million passengers a year, Northwest Arkansas Regional is served by major airlines, including low-cost Allegiant, offering direct flights to many U.S. hubs with connections around the world. 

The passenger terminal at Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport has a lower and an upper level with Concourses A and B and offers freeWi-Fi connection, lost & found (479-205-1000, Ext. 7).
The lower level of the passenger terminal has separate entrances:
(a) to the left the Arrivals lobby is Pinnacle car service, Express Shuttle counter, various amenities & services,  two baggage claim carousels, and an oversized baggage counter in between the rental car desks.
(b) To the right of the lower level, is a self-service check-in area, the Departure lounge, airline ticket counters and airline baggage handling & ticket offices.  In the center are escalators and an elevator  to Concourse B's Departure lounges and gates B1 to B10, as well as to the upper level.
The Upper Level of the passenger terminal has elevators & escalators to the Arrival & Departure Lobbies downstairs, a security checkpoint, and thereafter amenities & services.  Concourse A with a business center and a Departure lounge and access to gates A1 to A3.

Parking options at XNA Airport: Parking lots are divided into short-, intermediate- and long-term lots, as well as an economy lot, with handicap parking at the north end of the short-term parking lot across from the passenger terminal. The first 30 minutes of parking in the short-term lot are free - ideal for passenger pickup/dropoff. All other lots offer the first 15 minutes free. Future Airport Developments: In March 2011 XNA received a Federal Grant of $1.5, which it will use to expand the passenger terminal.
