Rogue Valley Medford MFR Airport Overview

Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport MFR serves the City of Medford, Jackson County, the Rogue Valley, as well as seven other counties. It is Oregon's third-largest commercial airport.

The Airport is located adjacent to the central business district of the city of Medford, Oregon, and is situated north of the Interstate Hwy 5 / Hwy 62 interchange.  Due to its foggy conditions at times, It has recently acquired CASPER, which within 30 mins improves visual range by 1,000 feet, making landings and takeoff safer.

With two runways and an estimated 630,000 passengers in 2011, Rogue Valley International is presently served by Allegiant, Delta Connection/Sky West, Horizon & United Epress, offering direct flights to some major U.S. hubs, with connections around the world.

Rental car counters are in the terminal lobb, and the rental car lot is within walking distance of the terminal.

To get from Rogue Valley Airport to your destination, you can hire a taxi, rent a car or take a bus: RVTD provides bus service to the transfer station in Medford. The bus starts at 6:30am and runs every hour thereafter (tel. 541-779-2877.)
