Online check-in & baggage payment Internet check-in online can be done from 48 to 2 hours prior to scheduled departure. Print your boarding pass for quicker check-in at Airport. Carry-on Baggage Rules & Fees Carry-on baggage is referred to as 'Cabin Baggage' and is limited to 1 piece for Economy class, and 2 pieces for Suites, First & Business class passengers (subjecto local requirements, cabin space & stowage availability). Dimensions, including handles & wheels (length, width & height), must not exceed 115cm/45in and 7 kg/piece, and must fit either under the seat in front of you or in the overhead bin. One piece of cabin baggage is deemed to be either a trolley bag 55x40x20cm or 22x16x8in; a garment bag 115cmx20cm or 45x8in; or a briefcase 50x40x25cm or 20x16x10in. Additionally, you may bring along free a handbag, overcoat, umbrella or walking stick, laptop, camera, reading material, assistive devices, and infant basket and onboard food. For oversized musical instruments an extra seat ticket is required.

Business: 2 piece, each not to exceed 158cm/62in and 23kg/5lb. Suites/First: 2 pieces, each not to exceed 158cm/62in or 23kg/50lb. PPS Club members: 4 pieces in any class. KrisFlyer Elite Gold & Star Alliance Gold members: 3 pieces in any class. If connecting to other flights with other airline(s) or codeshare partners, check with that airline as to their requirements. All baggage exceeding 32kg on flights to/from Australia, Brunei, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom: passengers need to repack their baggage or ship it as cargo.
