Stockholm Arlanda Airport Terminal Layout, inter-terminal and City connections:

Stockholm Arlanda Airport has presently four passenger terminals - T2 through T5: They are arranged in a horse-shoe shape, with the 'Sky City' in the center.
Estimated walking time: 
Between Terminals 2 to 4 - 6 min between Terminal B and Sky City - 4 min; between Sky City  and the Terminal 5 main entrance - 4 mins, and from there to the F gates - 5 mins.
Free Yellow Shuttle buses make their rounds between all terminals, hotels and parking facilities.

The Arlanda Express to Stockholm's Central Station stops at each of the passenger terminals.
Stops for taxis, buses and rental car shuttles are in front of each of the entrances to T2/T3, T4, T5 & Sky City.

Terminal  Layout:
Sky City in the center houses food & drink, shops, large conference center, Arlanda C train station & hotel.
To the left of Sky City are Terminals 2, 3 & 4, adjacent to each other  (T2 with gates 61-72, T3 with gates 51-59 and T4 with gates 30-44).
To the right of Sky City  is the large international Terminal 5, with three gate areas: gates 1-10 in the center, 11-24 to the left and the F gates (F26-F69) to the south of the center. 
Terminals 2 and 5 are international terminals (T2 presently houses mainly low-cost airlines & Norwegian and is now being expanded; T5 hosts the most airlines).
Terminals 3 & 4 are domestic terminals (T3 is for smaller aircraft; T4 houses SAS, Norwegian and some sameller airlines).
Each of the terminals has inside an Information Center, and has outside transportation stops for the Snabbtag express train, shuttle buses & rental car shuttles.

Amenities & services inside the passenger terminals include numerous shops, food & drink establishments, duty-free stores, banking & currency exchange services, internet access (WLAN), internet stations by 'Sidewalk Express' (at T2, T4, gate 38, & T5), 49 conference rooms, an exhibition hall for up to 1,000 delegates, VAT refund, a pharmacy and a hairdresser. Information counters in T2 & T4 sell ground transportation tickets, offer tourist information and help you navigate the Airport. The Arlanda Visitors Center is at T5 in the Arrivals Hall and serves both as Information and as tourist center. A unique childrens' lounge (up to age 12) has just opened at T5 at post-security  near gate 6. 

Lounges at Stockholm Arlanda Airport include:
1. Finnair lounge at T2 for passengers of Oneworld Business/First Class;
2. Lounge Novia at T5 (a contract lounge)
3. SAS Business Lounge at T5 for passenges of the Star Alliance/SAS Group Business/First Class;
4. SAS Scandinavian Lounge at T5 for pasengers of the Star Allance/SAS Group Gold Card holders;
5. SAS Stockholm Lounge at T4 for passengers of the Star Alliance/SAS Group Gold Card holders.

ONGOING CONSTRUCTON WORK:  Between 2012 to 2014, Arlanda Airport is being overhauled in phases - the first phase of which  includes the renovation of Terminal 2, adding an additional 2,000 sqm of space - intended for international traffic.  Terminal 2 will also get more shops, restaurants & sevices, as well as a new lounge.  After completion, there will be North Terminal with Piers D, E & F and a South Terminal with Piers A, B & D - joined together by the 'Sky City'.

As part of the 3-year construction project , a new plaza at the gateway will offer some food & drink & retail concessions, while the security checkpoint will be more centrally located; new check-in options will also be added - all this with the aim of simplifying transfer between domestic & international flights.
To top it off, a four-star hotel by Clarion is part of the expansion project.
