Stockholm Arlanda Airport Terminal Layout, Getting Around, Terminals Details, Amenities & Services (including Lounges) and Ongoing Construction Work:

The passenger terminal complex at Stockholm Arlanda Airport encompasses four connected  terminals T2 - T5:  To the east is International Terminal 5, the largest terminal with three piers (Concourses); To the West are DomesticTerminals 4 & 3 & International Terminal 2, and in the center is the SkyCity (a non-flight related area accessible to all visitors and housing concessions, banking facilities, a large conference center, hotel, & the Arlanda C train station)
Each of the terminals has inside an Information Center, and outside transportation stops for the Snabbtag/ high-speed Arlanda express train, bus stops 2, 4 & 5, shuttle buses & rental car shuttles. 
Getting around:
1. Estimated walking time: Between Terminals 2 & 4 - 6 min between Terminal B and Sky City - 4 min; between Sky City  and the Terminal 5 main entrance - 4 mins, and from there to the F gates - 5 mins.
2. Free Yellow Shuttle buses make their rounds between all terminals, hotels and parking facilities.

3. The Arlanda Express to Stockholm's Central Station stops at each of the passenger terminals.
U.S.-bound Passengers on non-stop flights:  Extra security measures now apply for flights to the U.S - and location of special security check is now at the U.S. departure gates. It is suggesd that you arrivee well in advance and to make sure that your electronic devices are charged (so that on request you can show that these items work).

TERMINAL DETAILS:

Domestic Terminal 3
with gates 51-59 is intended for smaller aircraft . Level 3 of T3is divided between the Arrivals  & Departures; the Arrivals are houses the baggage claim, while the departure area houses houses the check-in counters, & arline service desk, and - after passport control - is access to gates 54 & 53-59A-B. The boarding area offers a restaurant & shop.
Domestic Terminal 4
with gates 30-44 is served by SAS, Norwegian and some smaller airlines
International Terminal 2 with gates 62-68 (gates 63A to 63C are on another level) is currently served by Air Berlin, Air France, British Airways, CSA Czech, Easyjet, Finnair, KLM, & Niki airlines.
Level 3 of T2 has some service counters in the public area and check-in counters 1-15 and 18-30.  After passport check there is a large duty-free area to the left with restaurant and shops, and to the right after the restaurant, the customs and baggage claim area.  The restricted area leeds to gates 62-68 (follow signs to 63A-C).
Level 4 of T2 houses two restaurants with gates 86 & 87 and access  to gates 70-72.  The Business lounge on the Mezzanine level can be reached from the Himmel & Have restaurant.
International Terminal 5 - with three 'piers' (Concourses): gates 1-10 in the center, 11-24 to the left and the F gates F26-F69 on different levels (F1 & F5 on level 2, F26-F39 on level 3, and F58-F69 on level 4).  T5 is is currently served by the following airlines:
Aegean, Aer Lingus, Aeoflot, Air Baltic, Air China, Air Serbia, Austrian Beleavia, Corendon, Delta, Emirates, Estonian, Ethiopian, Fly Olympic, Freebird, Germania, Germanwings, Hermes, Iberia, Icelandair, Iran Air, Iran Aseman, Iraqi Airways, Jet Time, LOT Polish, Lufthansa, Luxair, Malmo Aviation, Nextjet, Norwegian, Nuvelair, Novair, Onur, Pegasus, Primera, Qatar, Rossiya, Royal Air Maroc, SAS, Sata, Small Panet, Sun Express, Swiss, Tailwind, TAP Portugal, Tarom, Thai Airways, Thomas Cook, Thomson, Tuifly Nordic, Turkish, Ukraine, United, Vueling & Zagros Jet.
Level 3 of T5 houses in the public area  (from left to right) various service counters, and check-in counters 1-31, 32-58 (in the center of which is access to restaurants on level 4) & counters 81-90 - serving each of the three Concourses. After check-in passengers go through passport check, enter the duty-free area, with access to F gates F26-F39 .

Amenities & services inside the passenger terminals include numerous shops, food & drink establishments, duty-free stores, banking & currency exchange services, internet access (WLAN), internet stations by 'Sidewalk Express' (at T2, T4, gate 38, & T5), 49 conference rooms, an exhibition hall for up to 1,000 delegates, VAT refund, a pharmacy and a hairdresser. Information counters in T2 & T4 sell ground transportation tickets, offer tourist information and help you navigate the Airport. The Arlanda Visitors Center is at T5 in the Arrivals Hall and serves both as Information and as tourist center. A unique childrens' lounge (up to age 12) has just opened at T5 at post-security  near gate 6. 
SkyCity is a favourite shopping venue.

Lounges at Stockholm Arlanda Airport include:
1. Finnair lounge at T2 for passengers of Oneworld Business/First Class;
2. Lounge Novia at T5 (a contract lounge)
3. SAS Business Lounge at T5 for passenges of the Star Alliance/SAS Group Business/First Class;
4. SAS Scandinavian Lounge at T5 for pasengers of the Star Allance/SAS Group Gold Card holders;
5. SAS Stockholm Lounge at T4 for passengers of the Star Alliance/SAS Group Gold Card holders.

NOTE: Arlanda Airport has been overhauled in phases - After project completion, there will be a North Terminal with Piers D, E & F and a South Terminal with Piers A, B & D - joined together by the 'SkyCity'.
