    Syracuse Hancock International SYR Airport is located within three miles of intersecting Interstates 81 and 90 (the New York Throughway) and just north of the city of Syracuse in Central New York State. There is direct access from the Interstates to Airport parking, curbside driving lanes for quick drop off/pick up and curbside baggage check-in. The airport is served by several major airlines offering nonstop flights to destinations in the U.S. and Canada and connecting flights throughout the world. 'Fly Syracuse' is an initiative to promote lower airfares and new destinations from Hancock International Airport. So far, these airlines are currently participating in the Fly Syracuse program: US Airways, JetBlue, Delta, American Eagle, Northwest, United, Continental. More are expected to join.

    Syracuse Airport consists of South Terminals A and North Terminal B, connected by a Main Concourse. Boarding gates are on the upper level. Wi-Fi access is available throughout. The passenger terminal also offers shops and restaurants, a military courtesy room, conference rooms with audio-visual capabilities and available on-site catering. The Airport Inn-West Western is located within walking distance. A 'Discover the Airport' exhibit is in the Main Concourse, allowing people of all ages to learn more about Syracuse Airport's operations and the history of aviation in the Central New York region through hands-on displays including a simulated air traffic control tower where 'controller' can speak to 'pilots' in the exhibit’s Boeing 727 cockpit.

    A parking garage and an open lot offer a combined total of over 3,950 parking spaces. With the new Pay & Go system, you have the option to pay by cash or credit card inside the terminal at one of five kiosks. Simply make your payment at the kiosk, get your receipt, use the marked Express exit lane, and you're on your way!

    To get to the City or beyond, you can use Century Transportation, which is the only company permitted to stage vehicles at the Airport and operate dispatch centers from within the terminal.
