Online check-in & baggage payment 1. An advance reservation can be made from 11 months to 6 hours prior to scheduled departure, except for travel starting in Jakarta and Denpasar require a reservation at least 12 hours prior to departure. Travel commencing from Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka require a reservation at least 72 hours prior to departure. 2. Electronic tickets can be purchased online, with fares, taxes & surcharges in the local currency automatically charged to your credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit card, according to where the journey starts. Passengers who have used their own credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit card must also present this card with a photo ID or passport during check-in. Note that name and number on payment card must be identical to the name on the ID card or passport. 3. The electronic ticket will be issued after card payment is approved. Flight confirmation and an itinerary receipt containing the ticket number will be sent to your e-mail address. SMS will be also sent to your mobile phone if registered in Thailand.
Carry-on Baggage Rules & Fees You are allowed to take free onboard one carry-on baggage measuring up to 56x45x25cm or 22x18x10in (including wheels, handles,& side pockets), and not to exceed 7kg/15lb. You can also bring a small hand bag not to exceed 37.5x25x12.5cm or 15x10x5in, or total dimensions of 75cm/30in and up to 1.5kg/3.3lb; notebooks or laptops (same requirements); assistive devices, a camera or binoculars, and infant food.

For travel on combined services for connecting journeys involving different classes (partly on F-class and partly on C, U, or Y class), the free baggage allowance applicable to each sector of the trip will apply to the class of service for which the fare is paid. Where passenger who has paid F-class fare travels on C-, U- or Y-class, the free baggage allowance will apply to F class. 5. Foldable strollers are not permitted onboard, but can go into the carrier’s hold without additional charge.
