Waco Regional ACT Airport Overview

Waco Regional Airport ACT serves Waco's metropolitan area located in central Texas--between Dallas and Austin, both of which are 90 miles from the Airport. The city of Waco, situated on the Brazos & Boxque Rivers, has three colleges (Baylor U, TS Technical, & McLennen Community colleges), 18 museums and a most beautiful municipal park.
The Airport is located about 6 miles from downtown Waco, and accessible via Interstate Hwy 35, (from South: Exit 335C; from North: Exit 339).
Waco Regional is served by two airlines, American Eagle and Continental Connection, offering daily nonstop flights to Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston Bush Intercontinental airports.
Airline tickets are lower at Waco Regional than at Dallas-Fort Worth Airport.

The passenger terminal at Waco Regional Airport had undergone recent renovation, with an added new hold room, two boarding bridges, expansion of the security area and updating the administration areas. The Aerodrome Cafe & Gift shop offers food and drink.  Rental cars are available from Avis, Enterprise & Hertz.

Parking options at Waco Regional Airport: Free parking is available near the Madison Cooper Building and includes free long- and short-term parking spaces. The short-term parking lot is opposite the passenger terminal and has a 30-minute loading/unloading area. Short- & Long-term, overflow & rental car lots are all accessible via Karl May Drive.
