Yampa Valley HDN Airport Overview

Yampa Valley Regional Airport HDN serves the cities of Steamboat Springs, Hayden, Craig, and the entire Yampa Valley of northwest Colorado - providing access to the Steamboat Springs ski resort, to year-round activities throughout the Yampa Valley, to Dinosaur National Park, and to outstanding hunting and fishing in both Northwest Colorado and Southwest Wyoming.

HDN Airport is located near Hayden, in Routt County, Colorado (off Highway 40, on County Road 51A) - and is approximately 22 miles west of Steamboat Springs,.

With a very long runway and about 200K passengers annually, Yampa Valey Regional is served by year-round commuter service to Denver provided by United Express, and - during the ski season (December-March) - by Alaska, American, Delta & United for passengers heading to Steamboat Springs.

The passenger terminal at Yampa Valley Airport has recently completed its expansion, resulting in a larger check-in area, a second baggage carousel,  a full-service restaurant, and expanded gate area with six gates. The terminal also has a news & gift shop, the Hayden Pardise Grill open year-round, rental car counters, a game room and a vending machine.
Airlines currently serving the terminal during :  Alaska, American, Delta, & United (ski season runs between mid-December & March).
There is no public bus service from the airport.
