Main Terminal / Concourses at Colorado Springs Municipal COS Airport
Colorado Springs Municipal Airport has one three-level passenger terminal (level 3 is for Airport Administration only):
Level 1 of the passenger terminal has opposite the main entrance access to parking & hotel courtesy vans. Inside are two newsstands on each side & a FedEx box. To the right & left of the Flight Information Monitor are rental counters, baggage claims. A hotel/motel ground transportation phone board is to the left, and Information booth, CSPD Unit & Lost & Found are to the right. An ATM is next to the escalators, elevators & stairs which take you up to the second level.
Level 2 of the passenger terminal has two entry/exit doors each right & left from the escalators, with Airline ticket counters both to the right and left and access to the right to the East Unit Terminal Valet Parking. The Fire Place has a Greeters Lounge & Restaurant/Bar to the left and coffee & gift shops and a chapel to the right. Behind the Fire Place is the security checkpoint with gates 1 to 12, as well as a business center, gift shops, food court and 'family care rooms'.
Currently, the gate area is served by American, Allegiant, Delta, Frontier & United airlies.
Curbside check-in is available for all but Frontier Airlines during hours of 4:30am and 5pm.
Amenities and services inside the terminal include WiFi access, ATM machines, computer data ports, FedEx drop-offs; restaurants and shops, carts and skycaps, a chapel, family room, ground transportation information, hotel service desk, children's play area, visitors information center and a postage stamp machine.
