Corpus Christi CRP Airport Overview

Corpus Christi International Airport CRP serves the city of Corpus Christi and Nueces County in South Texas.
The Airport is located 5 miles from city center of Corpus Christi, and is easily accessible by State Hwy 44 (International Drive Exit) Hwy 44 runs west into Hwy 358 (S.Padres Island Drive), connecting north to Interstate Hwy 37.

With an estimated 678,000 passengers in 2011, Corpus Christi airport is currently served by American, Southwest & United airlines offering nonstop flights to other Texas airports – Houston Bush Intercontinental, and Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston-Hobby, as well as to Hawaii and Mexico.

Rental car counters for major agencies are located in the bagage claim area of the passenger terminal.

To get from Corpus Christi Airport to your destination you can rent a car, get a taxi (Yellow Super Cab 361-855-5555; Corpus Christi Taxi: 361-876-6772), or use your hotel's shuttle service.  
The RTA's B Ride Line for special needs (361-289-2600) requires 24-hr advance notice.

The new International Business Center - located within the Airport perimeter - was recently opened, which FedEx moving in as first tenant.

Present and future Airport developments:  Work has started on the expansion of the two runways, a on the new consolidated maintenance facility for rental car agencies..
