Jackson-Evers International Airport JAN serves the greater Jackson, Mississippi, area, and it was recently chosen by 'Airport Council International' in the under-5 million passenger category as a 'Worldwide Top Five Performing Airport'.

The Airport is located in Flowood, near the state capital city of Jackson, Mississippi, reachable within a 20-minute drive. The Airport is situated to the North of I-20 and to the East of I-55. Exit I-20 at Hwy 475/ Airport Rd.S; or exit I-55 at Hwy 25/ Lakeland Drive, leading to Airport Road. 

Major airlines serve Jackson-Evers Airport offering non-stop flights to ten major cities daily, with connections around the world. Delta and its regional jet partners offers the most flights, Southwest is a close second.

If you pick up a passenger at the Airport use the free Cell phone lot C, which is across from the Surface Lot B. Stay with your car until your party has collected bags and calls you to be picked up at the curb.

Other parking options: On arrival, it is best to check your bags at Curbside Services on Departure Level, then park your car and take a free ride back.
1. The Parking Garage A is across the street from the Terminal;
2. Surface Lot B is right behind it.
3. Long-term Parking lot D is three quarters of a mile from the Terminal on South Hangar Drive. Free shuttles run every 15 minutes.

Rental car counters for major agencies are located on level 1, across from the baggage claim area.

To get from Jackson-Evers Airport to your destination, you can rent a car, take a taxi, a limo or a bus. Transportation is available outside the baggage claim area, level 1 of the passenger terminal.
