• RIC Airport Overview
  Richmond International (RIC) Airport is located seven miles southeast of Richmond, the capital of Virginia, and within an hour’s drive of historic Williamsburg and a two hour drive from Washington, D.C., the Blue Ridge Mountains and Virginia Beach. Six major airlines serve the airport with nonstop flights to over 20 destinations and connecting flights to destinations worldwide. The airport has a two level terminal with ticketing and baggage claim on the lower level and two boarding concourses on the upper level. To better accommodate current and future passenger volumes, the airport has embarked on a major expansion program that will add boarding gates, new roadways and a new wing to the existing terminal building. During the expansion, it may be necessary for Richmond RIC airport to alter or close existing roadways and facilities; therefore it’s recommended that you budget some extra time to navigate these temporary inconveniences.

  BB&T of Virginia, located in the main lobby on the ground floor, offers full service banking, including foreign currency exchange. There are also several automated teller machines provided by local financial institutions, one adjacent to the bank. ATM machines are located in the Upper Level of the terminal near the entrance to Concourse B and in the lobby of each parking garage.

  A teleconferencing center, conveniently located on the lower level of the Richard E. Byrd Terminal building, provides travelers with communication services including free internet Ethernet LAN connections for laptop computers. Adjacent to the teleconferencing center are three well-equipped meeting rooms available for rent.
  
  Also, free Wireless Internet Service is now available on the airport’s upper level.

• Lost & Found at Richmond RIC Airport
  Lost and found items are handled by the Airport Badging Office located on the lower level of the terminal. The Airport Badging Office is open to the public from 9 - 11 a.m. and 1 - 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. When closed, please call (804) 226-3056 and leave your name, phone number, and a description of your lost or found item and we will return your call on the next business day.
