Main Terminal / Concourses at Southwest Florida RSW Airport
Southwest Florida International Airport has one passenger terminal with three concourses – B, C & D. (Concourse A & E have been reserved for future expansion), and 28 airline gates. Customs & Immigration are on the lower level of Concourse B. International arrivals has two gates and an international transit lounge. Entry to all concourses need boarding pass & ID, as well as going through separate TSA security checks.
The lower level of the passenger terminal has a baggage claim area.
The main level of the terminal has a good selection of food & drink establishments, a newsstand and some stores.
The upper level has three sections of ticket counters, corresponding to the airlines served by Concourses (use entrance door 1 & 2 for Concourse B airline ticket counters 13-17; use doors 3 and 4 to ticket counters 5-12 for Concourse C; and use Doors 5 & 6 for ticket counters 1-4 for Concourse D). Elevators and escalators take you to the security checkpoints of Concourses B, C & D and their gates.
Concourse B of the passenger terminal with gates B1 to B9, is presently served by Air Berlin, Air Canada, AirTran, Frontier, Spirit, Sun Country, & WestJet, and offers a few food & drink establishments, stores & an ATM machine.
Concourse C of the passenger terminal with gates C1 to C9, is presently served by Delta/ Delta Connection & United airlines, and offers a few food & drink establishments & stores.
Concourse D of the passenger terminal with gates D1 to D10, is presently served by American, Cape Air, JetBlue, Southwest & US Airways airlines, and offers a few food & drink establishments, stores & an ATM machine.
Services and amenities inside the Terminal include over 30 food & drink establishments and shops, a Travelex Business Center & Currency Exchange (tel.239-561-2204) near the entrance to Concourse B, and ATM machines. Five visitor Information booths, located on the departure level and in baggage claim area, are staffed by tourism ambassador volunteers, and are open daily 10am-10pm January-April, and 10am-6pm May-December. Each of the three Concourses has a flight information screen.
