Erie ERI Airport Overview

Erie International Airport ERI serves the city of Erie, Pennsylvania,  and closeby Townships of Asbury, Lakewood and West Millbrook, and is open 4:30am-midnight. It includes US customs, US Immigrations, the National Weather Service; an FBO called North Coast Air, the North Coast Air Flight School, and Northern Flights--a Charter Service.
The Airport is located within a few miles from the shoreline of Lake Erie, close to the city of Erie, and accessible from Interstates 90 and 79 (east- & west-bound traffic on I-90 should exit onto I-79 North and proceed toward Erie). From I-79 North, take Exit 183B and follow the exit ramp to the right to enter West 12th Street. Follow West 12th Street for three and one-half miles - the Airport will be on your left.
With 2 runways, Erie International Airport is served by Continental, Delta, & US Airways with direct flights to Cleveland, Detroit & Philadelphia, and connections worldwide.

The passenger terminal at Erie International Airport offers the following amenities: an information desk, an ATM machine, internet hot spots, shopping & dining facilities, a vending area, US Customs, rental car counters for Hertz, Enterprise, Avis & National, an Airport Business center (next to National), free luggage carts, and gates 1 through 7 (gates 1 & 7 have jetways).

Parking options at Erie International Airport include short- and long-term parking with the first 15 minutes free. The Short-term parking lot is right across from the passenger terminal, with the much larger long-term lot surrounding it. Both Long- and Short-term parking entrances are located directly in front of the terminal's main doors - entered off the driveway, just prior to reaching the terminal building. The entrance is on the left.

To get from Erie Airport to your destination, you have a choice of renting a car, taking a taxi (Yellow Cab: 814-461.TAXI) or limo (Coach USA: 814-459-6666) or using shared-ride shuttles or hotel shuttles. Courtesy transportation phones are near the baggage area.
EMTA public buses, routes 26/31 and 24/32 run throughout each day. You can visit their website or call the RideLine at 814-452-3515.  The city of Erie itself is served by the free EMTA Bayliner Trolley.
