Rochester Airport has one passenger terminal with two concourses: Concourse A (the Frederick Douglass Concourse) and Concourse B (the Susan B. Anthony Concourse).

Passenger pickup is in front of the passenger terminal.  Inside the terminal are  are the rental car counters, airline baggage claim offices and baggage claim carousels, information desk, Visitors desk, and ticket counters . Elevators and escalators take you to the security check and Concourses A & B.

Concourse A of the passenger terminal serves presently American (gates 5 & 7); Continental (gates 2 & 2A); Delta (gates 9, 10 & 11)  JetBlue (gates 5 & 7); US Airways (gates 6, 9, 10 & 11)
Concourse B of the passenger terminal serves presently Air Canada (gates 2 & 2A), AirTran (gates 1 to 4).
