Main Terminal / Concourses at Norfolk ORF Airport
Norfolk Airport has two passenger terminals - the two-level Main / Departure Terminal and the one-level Arrivals Terminal, which are connected by a pedestrian bridge at level 2 of the Main Terminal. The terminals are served by uniformed Airport Ambassador Volunteers who are happy to assist you getting around the airport. Internet access is available in both terminals;
1. The Main / Departure Terminal:
Level 1 of the Main Terminal houses all airline ticket counters.
Level 2 of the Main terminal houses various services and amenities, including ATM machines, full-service branch of BB&T Bank, conference center (757-885-3408), foreign currency exchange, barber shop & mailbox, & shops. From this level you have access to the Arrivals Terminal and the two concourses: to the left, a pedstrian bridge leads to the Arrivals terminal and to parking facilities; to the right, after passing security check, is Concourse B, and in the center-north is Concourse A.
Concourse A of the Main Terminal serves Southwest & US Airways with gates A1 to A15 (A1 is for international arrivals) and offers food & drink, a newsstand & ATM.
Concourse B of the Main Terminal serves American, Delta & United Airlines with gates B16 to B30 and offers food & drink, a newsstand & ATM.
2. The Arrivals Terminal houses the baggage claim area, rental car desks, airline baggage offices, flight information, & ATM machine. Opposite the Arrivals Terminal is access to parking and rental cars. Passenger Pick-up, Airpot shuttles & Taxis are outside of Baggage claim 4 & 5.
Other services and amenities inside the terminal include a good selection of food & drink, as well as retail concessions
The Military Information Center (near the rental car counters, tel. 757-444-3040), and USO / SSYMCA Lounge (tel. 757-233-0567) open 9am-9pm Mon-Sat and 9am-20pm Sunday - is for active-duty military personnel (on the mezzanine level, above the information center).
