Main Terminal / Concourses at Reno Tahoe RNO Airport
Reno Tahoe Airport has one passenger terminal with two Concourses – Concourse B and Concourse C - both together have 23 airline gates. The terminal has now completed its last of the three phases of renovation, topping off prior infrastructure, with new security checkpoint & concessions and a 40-foot terminal 'bump-out'. The added space is occupied by a restaurant overlooking the tarmac & mountains.
Its lobby not only reflects the beauty of the region, but offers passengers a high-tech service experience by checking in at the counter and leaving their bags with an airline representative. TSA machines and staff screen bags are in a separate facility, while travelers can check in, and check in their bags, all at one counter - a one-stop check-in process in an uncluttered new lobby.
On the first level of the terminal, which features a Lake Tahoe theme, there is now has a single security checkpoint, situated between the two concourse access ways. Past security check are four new retail, food & drink concessions.
Amenities and services inside the terminal: So-called 'Productivity Centers' (small business centers) - are located in the main lobby next to Brew Brothers, in Concourse C across from Ritazza, and in Concourse B near gate B2, offering outlets for electronic devices and counter top equipped work stations, along with TTY/TDD accessible phones.
Other services and amenities in the passenger terminal include: food & drink and retail concessions (including the new Mountain HouseDiner & a food court); four ATM machines by Wells Fargo, Airport Mailers, books, newspapers; massage chairs, Smarte Cartes ($4), gaming machines in the lobby & concourses, a mailbox with stamps outside along the curb.
