Reno Tahoe Airport has one passenger terminal with two Concourses – Concourse B and Concourse C.  The terminal has recently undergone extensive renovation. Its lobby not only reflects the beauty of the region, but offers passengers a high-tech service experience by checking in at the counter and leaving their bags with an airline representative. TSA machines and staff screen bags in a separate facility, while travelers can check in, and check in their bags, all at one counter - a one-stop check-in process in an uncluttered new lobby. 'Productivity Centers' (small business centers) are located in the main lobby  and in the concourses.

Amenities and services inside the terminal:
So-called 'Productivity Centers' (small business centers) - are located in the main lobby next to Brew Brothers, in Concourse C across from Ritazza, and inConcourse B near gate B2, offering outlets for electronic devices and counter top equipped work stations, along with TTY/TDD accessible phones.
Other services and amenities in the passenger terminal include: a host of restaurants, bars & lounges and shops; four ATM machines by Wells Fargo, Airport Mailers, books, newspapers; massage chairs, Smarte Cartes ($4), gaming machines in the lobby & concourses, a mailbox with stamps outside along the curb, and snacks & Gifts in the Concourses
