Main Terminal / Concourses at Albany ALB Airport

The 3-level passenger terminal at Albany International Airport has recently been upgraded and offers TSA pre-check, currency exchange & ATMs, a business center,  meeting rooms, WiFi access, a miliary room, information & paging, while the garage offers electric car charging.
Outside of the terminal, at at  ground level, aresix access lanes: Lanes 1 & 2 are for dropoff; lanes 3-4 are for through traffic; lanes 5-6 are commercial lanes. Six walkways span across the lanes leading to the parking garage. Taxi, hotel vans, limos & Park & Fly buses use the isle stops between Lanes 5 & 4.  CDT & Adirondack Trailways buses are located at the left corner of the terminal.

    Level 1 is divided between Arrival (left) & Departures (right) with Information counter in the Center.
- The Departure area has check-in counters (west to east) for Southwest, Cape Air, United, Delta and US Airways /Air Canada.
- the Arrivals area houses three baggage claim carousels, with airline offices American & United and Delta & Southwest on opposite sides.  There is also an ATM machine, Travelex currency exchange, rental car counters, a hotel info board, taxi stand, and Airport shuttle pickup for Lot E.  
     Level 2 houses shops, food & drink venues - mostly in the secured area. A business center is to the right, next to Paradies shops, followed by an interfaith Prayer room and 'Brioche Doree.  The 'Ambassador' Help Desk past security check is followed by  a food court in the center, with ATMs on either side, and offers access to the C, B & A gates:
       Gate Area A  is reached after security check to the left, with gates A3-A6, and on lower level gates A1, A1a & A2 are one level down, reached by escalator.
       Gate Area B  is reached after security check straight ahead, passing food courts on either side, continuing straight to gates B5-B11, and on lower level gates B2 & B4, reached by escalator. 
       Gate Area C is reached after security check to the right, with gates C1, C2, C3.
   Level 3 has a conference room, military courtesy room, art gallery, some offices and public observation area.

NOTE:
- Frequent Flyers: A program is in place allowing some frequent fliers to zip through Albany International Airport's security checkpoint for an annual fee of $99.95
- Military Personnel who may become stranded at Albany Airport, can take advantage of free overnight hotel accommodations offered by BBL in cooperation with the J.McKenna IV Military Courtesy Room located on Level 3 of the terminal.
