Augusta Regional Bush Field AGS Airport Overview

Augusta Regional Airport AGS at Bush Field serves the city of Augusta, Georgia, which is situated on the border of South Carolina. It is a small airport which had recently undergone extensive renovation.

The Airport is located on Highway 56 Spur (Doug Bernard Parkway), 4 miles south of I-520 East (Bobby Jones Expressway, Exit 10--then south on Highway 56 Spur). From I-20 take Exit 196a to I-520 East. From Fort Gordon, exit gate 5 where you enter Tobacco Road - driving straight out leads directly into the Airport.
The new General Perry Smith Parkway to be completed in 2013, will lead to the southeast quadrant of the Airport.

With an estimated 541,843 passengers in 2012, Augusta Regional Airport is served by Delta & US Airways, and their affiliates, providing service to Atlanta, Dallas, Washington Reagan, and Charlotte, and offering connections around the world.

The new passenger terminal at Augusta Regional Airport offers free Wi-Fi access, an ATM machine, FedEx and mail drops, Lost & Found, a restaurant with catering service, an ATM machine, free carts and Customer Service Ambassadors assisting passengers around the terminal.

Parking options at Augusta Regional: With the expansion of the parking lots completed, there are 1,026 parking spaces available. Short- and long-term parking with free shuttle service is available across from the terminal, with the first 40 minutes free at either hourly or daily parking facilities.  There are 3 long-term lots: one east of the short-term lot & one south of the short-term lot. Valet parking and  an overflow lot (next to the rental car lot) area also available.
