Augusta Regional Airport AGS at Bush Field serves the city of Augusta, State of Georgia, which is situated on the border with South Carolina. It is a small airport which had recently undergone extensive renovation.

AGS Airport is on Highway 56 Spur (Doug Bernard Parkway), 4 miles south of I-520 East (Bobby Jones Expressway).  NOTE: The new General Perry Smith Parkway will lead to the southeast quadrant of the Airport.

With 552,156 passengers in 2016, Augusta Regional Airport is served by major airlines, providing service to a number of U.S. hubs, with connections around the world. In 2016 it completed its $8.4M rehabilitation project involving 7.2 acres of the air carrier apron and the general aviation apron.

The new passenger terminal at Augusta Regional Airport offers free baggage carts, free Wi-Fi access, an ATM machine, rental car counters, FedEx and mail drops, Lost & Found, a restaurant with catering service, an ATM machine, free carts and Customer Service Ambassadors assisting passengers around the terminal.
