Aer Lingus Partnerships & Alliances
Aer Lingus is currently not part of any major airline alliance.
However, the airline has several codeshare agreements with other air carriers. Aer Lingus has a codeshare partnership with British Airways, allowing customers to book connecting flights between the two airlines. The airline also has codeshare agreements with JetBlue, United Airlines, and KLM.
In addition to codeshare agreements, Aer Lingus has a joint venture partnership with British Airways and Iberia. This partnership, known as the International Airlines Group (IAG), allows the three airlines to coordinate schedules and pricing on transatlantic flights between Europe and North America.
Aer Lingus also has a partnership with Alaska Airlines, allowing customers to earn and redeem frequent flyer miles on both airlines. The airline has a similar partnership with Emirates, allowing customers to earn and redeem miles on both airlines.
Lastly, Aer Lingus has a partnership with car rental companies Avis and Budget, allowing customers to earn Aer Lingus frequent flyer miles when renting a car from either company.
