GOL Linhas Aereas Partnerships & Alliances
GOL Linhas Aereas, with IATA code G3, is currently not part of any major airline alliance. However, the airline has several codeshare agreements with other air carriers, including Delta Air Lines, Air France, KLM, and Copa Airlines.
Through the codeshare agreements, GOL Linhas Aereas is able to offer its passengers access to a wider network of destinations. For example, the agreement with Delta Air Lines allows GOL's passengers to connect to over 200 destinations in the United States, while the agreement with Air France and KLM provides access to over 90 destinations in Europe.
In addition to its codeshare agreements, GOL Linhas Aereas has a joint venture partnership with Delta Air Lines. The partnership, which was formed in 2011, allows the two airlines to coordinate schedules and pricing on flights between Brazil and the United States. The joint venture also includes revenue sharing and allows the airlines to offer a seamless travel experience for their customers.
GOL Linhas Aereas also has a partnership with Air Canada, which allows passengers to connect between the two airlines at Toronto Pearson International Airport. The partnership provides access to several destinations in Canada, as well as the United States and Europe.
While GOL Linhas Aereas may not be part of a major airline alliance, its partnerships and codeshare agreements allow the airline to offer its passengers access to a wider network of destinations and a seamless travel experience.
