Sky Express Pet Policy

At Sky Express, we understand that your pets are an important part of your family, and we want to make sure they can travel with you comfortably and safely. That's why we have a pet policy in place to ensure the well-being of your furry friends during their journey with us.

If you're planning to bring your pet on board with Sky Express, it's important to make a reservation in advance. Due to limited availability, we recommend contacting our Reservations Department via telephone at (+30) 215-215-6510 or via email at [email protected] to secure a spot for your pet.

In the passenger cabin, small cats and dogs are allowed to travel if their combined weight with the carrier does not exceed 17 lbs (8 kg). It's essential that pets remain inside their carrier for the entire duration of the journey. We charge a fee of 20 EUR per pet and direction for this service.

Guidance, Tips, & info on Airlines and Airports

If your pet is too large to fit in the cabin, don't worry. We also accept dogs and cats as checked baggage in the hold. The maximum weight limit for pets in the hold is 55 lbs (25 kg).

For both cabin and hold travel, pet carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 21" x 16" x 8" (55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm). Additionally, we only accept carriers made of metal or plastic on board.

If your pet exceeds the weight limit or if you have any other specific requirements, we recommend contacting our Sky Express Cargo service for further assistance.

Keep in mind that air carriers can change these policies at any time, so you should always check directly with the airline you are traveling on before you book for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
