Pegasus Airlines: Aircraft Fleet

Pegasus Airlines is a Turkish low-cost carrier that operates a fleet of modern aircraft to destinations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The airline has a total of 83 aircraft in its fleet.

The Pegasus Airlines fleet consists of two main aircraft types: Airbus A320 family and Boeing 737NG. The airline has a total of 58 Airbus A320 family aircraft, including 36 A320-200s and 22 A321-200s. The remaining 25 aircraft are Boeing 737NGs, including 18 737-800s and 7 737-400s. All of the aircraft in the Pegasus Airlines fleet are configured with a single Economy Class cabin.

In addition to its current fleet, Pegasus Airlines has made significant deals to expand its aircraft fleet in the coming years. The airline signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Airbus for the purchase of 25 A321neo aircraft, with an option for a further 25. The first of these aircraft is expected to be delivered in 2022. The airline has also signed a lease agreement with Air Lease Corporation for the delivery of three Boeing 737-800s in 2021.

Pegasus Airlines is committed to maintaining a modern and fuel-efficient fleet to reduce its environmental impact. The airline has invested in new aircraft with the latest technology to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. The Airbus A320neo and A321neo aircraft that Pegasus Airlines has ordered are equipped with the latest engines and aerodynamic improvements, which will reduce fuel consumption and emissions by up to 20% compared to previous generation aircraft.
