Parking at BWI for disabled passengers are available in specially marked spaces (see 'Airport Parking' page. Parking shuttles are lift-equipped.
Pet relief areas are available at
(a) the end of Concourses E - on lower level, outside door 19, (near the International Terminal & next to the light rail station;
(b) in front of the hourly garage.
Visually impaired passengers should contact their airline for assistance.
TDD phones are availale throughout the airport.
Unisex bathrooms are at right at pre-security, past Hudson News; and at left at Concourse D security, behind airline ticket counters.
