Getting Around the Airport

The passenger terminal at the TLH airport consists of one main passenger terminal which houses all the airport facilities.

Main Terminal

The TLH airport terminal has 14 airline gates. It houses a lobby with baggage claim systems, counters for airlines and rental cars, screening machines, and a TSA screening room. The terminal offers a business center with workstations and computer modems. AirCade offers a variety of arcades, video games, and a pool table. The terminal also has a news and gift shop, a shoeshine stand, Smarte Cartes, food & drink at the pre-security and post-security areas, and a massage center. Rental car counters are in the baggage claim area. Tailwind's food & drink offerings are available at pre-security areas, while the Live Oak Grill is at post-security.

There are many options for shopping and dining around TLH airport. Some notable shops and restaurants include news and gift shops, Tailwind's food & drink at the pre-security area, and Live Oak Grill at the post-security areas.

Security Checkpoints

The security checkpoints at TLH airport are monitored by the Federal TSA - Transportation Security Administration. Only passengers possessing tickets are allowed to proceed beyond any of the security checkpoints. All security checkpoints provide access to the concourses and airplane gates.

Terminal Tips

  • Arrive 90 minutes before flight time in case of domestic flights, and two hours before flight time in case of international flights.
  • Print your boarding passes beforehand or use electronic boarding passes to save time
  • Get all information regarding baggage sizes, airline schedule, curbside pickup/dropoff, or wheelchairs, prior to reaching the airport
  • Keep your identification documents and other items of need in a small carry-on bag
