TOL Airport is located just east of the town of Swanton, Ohio, on State Route 2 - near the Ohio Turnpike (I-80/I-90); Exit 52 connects the Turnpike with Route 2. It is 10 miles west of the city of Toledo in the extreme western portion of Lucas County - bordering on Fulton County.
With two runways and an estimated 0.2 million passengers in 2016, Toledo Express Airport is served by major airlines to some U.S. hubs, with further connections.
The passenger terminal at Toledo Express Airport has two levels:
Level 1 is the Arrivals level which houses to the left two baggage claim carousels, & rental car counters, with a gift shop in the center and to the right American & Allegiant ticket counters, the PA Police, and access to TSA screening, with escalators/elevator leading thereafter to level 2.
Level 2 is the Departures level with a busines center right off the escalators, a food court/ bar to the left and boarding gates 3, 4 & 5.
The Terminal offers free WiFi internet access, ATM machine, Postal & FedEx drop box, food court with fast-food choices and a bar, a gift shop/snack bar, childrens' play area is on the upper level, near gate 2.
