Airport Terminal Layout

BIL Airport has three main terminals, including Concourse A, Concourse B, and the Main Terminal. The Main Terminal is located in the center of the airport and houses the baggage claim area, ticket counters, and security checkpoints. Concourse A and Concourse B are located on either side of the Main Terminal and are accessible through a covered walkway.

Concourse A primarily serves Delta Airlines and offers flights to Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, and Seattle. Concourse B serves Alaska Airlines, Allegiant Air, and United Airlines and offers flights to Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and more.

Overview of Terminals

The Main Terminal at the airport is a modern facility with a variety of amenities for travelers. The terminal features several restaurants, cafes, and shops, including a Montana-themed gift shop. There are also ATMs, charging stations, and free Wi-Fi throughout the terminal.

Concourse A and Concourse B are both smaller terminals that offer a more streamlined experience for travelers. While there are fewer amenities in these terminals, they still offer comfortable seating areas and easy access to boarding gates.

Getting Between Terminals

Since Concourse A and Concourse B are located on either side of the Main Terminal, getting between terminals is a breeze. There is a covered walkway that connects all three terminals, making it easy to move between them without having to go through security again.

If you need assistance getting between terminals, there are airport staff members available to help. Additionally, there are several information kiosks located throughout the airport where you can find maps and directions to your desired terminal.

Food, Shops & Services

BIL offers a variety of options for food and shopping, making your travel experience more enjoyable. The Main Terminal houses several restaurants and cafes where you can grab a quick bite or sit down for a meal. From fast food chains like McDonald's and Subway to local favorites like Montana's Rib and Chop House, there's something for everyone. If you're in the mood for a drink, head to the Montana Ale Works Taproom for a local craft beer.

For those looking to do some shopping, there are several stores in the Main Terminal and Concourse B. Pick up some last-minute souvenirs at the Montana Gift Corral or browse the latest gadgets at the InMotion store. If you need to stock up on reading material for your flight, head to the Hudson News store for a wide selection of books and magazines.

In addition to food and shopping, Billings Logan Airport offers a range of amenities to make your travel experience more comfortable. Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)

Billings Airport has security checkpoints located at both Concourse A and Concourse B. The Main Terminal also has a security checkpoint for passengers who are not flying out of a specific concourse. It is recommended that passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to their scheduled departure time to allow enough time to go through security.

Fast Track Lanes and Locations

BIL Airport does not currently offer fast track lanes for expedited security screening. However, TSA PreCheck is available for eligible passengers who have enrolled in the program. TSA PreCheck allows for a faster and more efficient screening process, with dedicated lanes and no need to remove shoes, belts, or light jackets.

Passport & Immigration Control Locations

The airport does not have international flights, so there are no passport or immigration control locations within the airport. However, passengers traveling to international destinations will go through passport and immigration control upon arrival at their destination airport.

TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints

At BIL, TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints are available to ensure a smooth and efficient security screening process for passengers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows eligible travelers to enjoy expedited screening, which means they can keep their shoes, belts, and light jackets on, and their laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. To use TSA Pre Check, travelers must apply and be approved for the program beforehand.

Global Entry Locations

Global Entry is a program that provides expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. At Billings Logan Airport, Global Entry locations are available to facilitate this process. To use Global Entry, travelers must apply and be approved for the program beforehand. Once approved, travelers can use automated kiosks to complete their arrival formalities quickly and easily.

CLEAR Lane Locations

Airport Lounge Locations

Billings Airport offers a variety of lounges for travelers to relax and unwind before their flights. The airport has two major airline lounges, the Delta Sky Club and the United Club. The Delta Sky Club is located in Concourse B and offers comfortable seating, complimentary snacks and beverages, and free Wi-Fi. The United Club is located in Concourse A and offers similar amenities, including comfortable seating, complimentary snacks and beverages, and free Wi-Fi.

In addition to the airline lounges, the airport also has a third-party lounge, The Club at BIL, located in the Main Terminal. This lounge is open to all travelers, regardless of airline or class of service, and offers comfortable seating, complimentary snacks and beverages, and free Wi-Fi.

Baggage Claim Areas

BIL Airport has two baggage claim areas located in the Main Terminal. Baggage Claim Area 1 is located on the east end of the terminal and serves Alaska Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines. Baggage Claim Area 2 is located on the west end of the terminal and serves Allegiant Air and Frontier Airlines. Both areas have baggage carousels and are easily accessible from the arrival gates.

Luggage Cart Availability

Luggage carts are available for rent at the airport. They can be found in the baggage claim areas and throughout the terminal. The cost to rent a luggage cart is $5 and can be paid for with cash or credit card. If you need assistance with your luggage, airport staff are available to help you with your bags.

Luggage Storage Locations (Left Luggage)

BIL does not currently offer luggage storage or left luggage services. However, there are several off-site luggage storage options available in the surrounding area. Some hotels and rental car companies offer luggage storage for their customers. Additionally, there are luggage storage facilities located near the airport that offer short-term and long-term storage options for a fee.
