Getting Around the Airport
The terminal building structure at the Billings Logan International Airport consists of a single main terminal which spans over an area of 190,000 square foot. The terminal at BIL airport has two concourses: Concourse A and Concourse B.

Main Terminal
The main terminal has two levels:
The Main Level houses the baggage claim which is located on the main level of the terminal building towards the west at the exact opposite of the rental car counters. There is an airport information center in the baggage claim area. Other services on the main floor include ATMs, telephones, change machines, and AEDs. Outside the main level is an outdoor pet relief area.
The Concourse Level houses the two concourse areas of the airport: Concourse A and Concourse B. Services on this level include ATMs, AEDs, telephones, and water refill stations.You can also find charging stations in the food court as well as inside both concourses.
WiFi services are available throughout the BIL airport terminals.

Concourse A
Concourse A is served by Cape Air at gate A3. You will find most of the services included at the concourse level inside concourse A as well.

Concourse B
Concourse B is served by United Airlines at B1, Alaska/Horizon at B2, Delta Airlines at B3, and Frontier/Allegiant/American at B4. You will find most of the services included at the concourse level inside concourse A as well.

Food, Shops & Amenities
There are many options for shopping and dining around BIL airport. Some notable shops and restaurants include Gateway Restaurant & Lounge throughout the main level and a Deli and bar at the concourse level. In the post-security area on the concourse level, you can find various gift shops.
Security Checkpoints
The security checkpoints at BIL airport are monitored by the Federal TSA - Transportation Security Administration. Only passengers possessing tickets are allowed to proceed beyond any of the security checkpoints. All security checkpoints provide access to the concourses and airplane gates.

Terminal Tips
- Arrive 90 minutes before flight time in case of domestic flights, and two hours before flight time in case of international flights.
- Print your boarding passes beforehand or use electronic boarding passes to save time
- Get all information regarding baggage sizes, airline schedule, curbside pickup/dropoff, or wheelchairs, prior to reaching the airport
- In case of lost items:
- Call your airline for lost items inside the aircraft, departure lounge, or at the ticket counters
