Both short-term andlong-term parking are available at Cairo Airport. The parking facilities havebeen recently renovated and expanded to accommodate more than 7,000 vehiclesacross 10 parking lots. Short-term car parks charge rates in fractions of onehour-blocks and are located a short distance from the main terminals.

There is no direct rail access from the airport to the cityof Cairo. Unmetered black and white taxis can be hired from in front of theArrivals Hall and fares are best negotiated before boarding. Limousines arealso available from the same area. Disabled parking facilities are notavailable at Cairo International Airport.
